Rules and Regulations for Staffs:

 

 1: Inbound Calls

Ads With Photos:

You will need to provide a photo of you taken on the premises, time and location stamped. (APP: GPS Stamp)

 

Ads Without Photos:

You will need to provide a photo of you (blurred face is ok) taken on the premises, time and location stamped. (APP: GPS Stamp)

 

No Shows:

If customers have confirmed on the phone on appointments but ended up no show, with proof of a screenshot of the confirmation phone call, 50% of the fees will be deducted and paid to the merchant as compensation.

 

2: Outbound Calls

You will need to provide a photo of you taken with the premises, time and location stamped. (APP: GPS Stamp)

 

No Shows:

1: If customers do not pick up their phones after 5 times before the scheduled time, 50% of the fees will be deducted and paid to the merchants/staffs as a compensation (with proof of phone records).

 

2: If customers answered and confirmed appointments over the phone but no show,

50% of the fees will be deducted and paid to the merchants/staffs (with proof of phone records).

 

Confirmation On Arrival:

1: Customers must confirm on your arrival within 30 minutes of scheduled time, otherwise you will be marked late, if being marked late twice on the same day, your account will be locked for 3 days as penalty.

 

2: Due to specific circumstances, if you are going to be late, please contact customers 30 minutes prior to scheduled time so they can cancel their bookings and make new arrangements.

If customers refuse to do so, please report to us with proof of conversation records immediately, we will then deal with the situations. Any reports made latter then the sceduled time will not be dealt with.

You will need to provide a photo of you taken on the premises upon arrival, time and location stamped. (APP: GPS Stamp)

 

Cancellation Upon Arrival:

If staffs appear to differ from ads, customers can cancel the order and get fully refunded.

 

No Shows:

If customers are late or no show for over 30 minutes, picture proof with time and location stamped has to be provided within 24 hours of scheduled time. 50% of the fees will be deducted and paid to the merchants/staffs as a compensation.
